Interpack is a trade fair for processing and packaging machines that takes place every three years on the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre grounds on the banks of the Rhine in Düsseldorf.
The first interpack was opened on 2 March 1958. At that time, 255 companies from nine nations presented their products on the 30,000 m² exhibition grounds. The first trade fair attracted 32,544 visitors. interpack has been the largest packaging trade fair in the world since 2017.
The interpack 2017 attracted 170,500 visitors and 2,865 companies exhibited their products and services.
