Business Consultant (m/f) (Business Development/Sales) in Hong Kong

Within KAYRO you would be in a core position to support growing the company, be a face of the company to the clients and introduce and implement ideas for further business development. Your main tasks would be:

  • External BD Sales & Marketing
    • Preparation and visit of trade shows in Germany and Asia for new client acquisition
    • Presentations in Germany and HK
    • Supporting with marketing
  • Account Management
    • Direct contact to clients through ongoing relationship management
    • Manage internal projects for clients
  • Internal BD
    • Support with strategic development
  • Strategy definition and implementation of innovative market approaches
  • Account on resource management & expertise to ensure Functional/ Operational Excellence for several customer projects
  • Responsible for an efficient multi location development together with regional organizations and interfaces
  • Midterm planning (resources, know-how and budget) for the responsible scope together with project organization, regions, sales and product group

Your Profile

  • Fluent in German and English language is mandatory for internal and external communication
  • Interested in business and legal topics on an international scale (trade, tax, accounting, HR…)
  • Willingness and capability to quickly learn new topics


  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in business, economics, law or similar fields
  • Experience in working in and with multicultural teams
  • Experience in Business Development and Sales is a bonus
  • Strong client management capabilities
  • Leadership and project management experience is an asset
